Internal and External Notification Systems

In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, NIPPO LTD. (including subsidiaries and affiliated companies, hereinafter referred to as "We") has established "Internal Notification System" as a system in which employees report compliance violations within the company. The internal helpline is an internal audit division and an outside lawyer, and we conduct a confidential, prompt investigation into the report and deal with it so that it will never be disadvantaged by the whistleblower.

In addition, we make it possible from notice outside the company through our website, and we will handle the notification in compliance with the internal notification system.
