We will inform the submission of the "Corporate Governance Report" to the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
【Summary of the revisions】
① Reflected the revisions announced on March 25, 2024 in the "Notice regarding Partial Revision of Medium-Term Management Plan 2025."
② Partially revised the current system and added content that will be applied from July 2024 on “Matters Pertaining to Policy on Determining Directors’ Compensation Amounts and Calculation Methods”
③ Added the Selection Criteria (Outside Directors)
④ Partially revised ”Policy for Constructive Dialogue with Shareholders and Investors”
